Russell "Torok" B. Carrier Jr

Mr. Russell B. Carrier Jr., age 54 of Tullahoma, Tennessee passed away, Sunday, December 22, 2013 at his residence. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, December 28, 2013 at 1 PM at the Daves-Culbertson Funeral Home Chapel with Father Stephen Klasek officiating. Burial will follow at Pleasant Grove Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be Saturday, December 28, 2013 from 11 AM until service time at Daves-Culbertson Funeral Home. Mr. Carrier, a native of Lexington, KY, was the son of the late Russell B. Carrier and Rebecca Lawson Carrier of Harrodsburg, KY. He was a U S Air Force veteran and OTR Truck Driver. Mr. Carrier attended St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church. His second occupation and hobby was performing at Renaissance Fairs thru out Alabama, Tennessee and Florida for over twenty years. He portrayed, “Torok, the Good Troll”. He enjoyed performing and entertaining “children” of all ages. He and his wife, Angela met at the Renaissance Fair in Ardmore, AL. He later proposed during a fair and they were married at the Renaissance Fair in Florence, AL. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Gail Caldwell Carrier. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Angela Murphy Carrier of Tullahoma; three daughters, Domi Carrier of Murfreesboro, Holly Carrier of Nashville and Britney White of Manchester; two sons, Daniel White and his wife, Ashley of Tullahoma and Zac White and his wife, Brandy of Florence, AL; two sisters, Cynthia Foust and her husband, Kevin of Clinton, TN and Michele Hawkins and her husband, JJ of Winchester, KY; six nephews, Spencer Foust, Active Duty Air Force, Germany, Sterling Foust of Clinton, TN, Ernie Dwight Kidd Jr. and Billy Kidd, both of Winchester, KY, Michael Harrison of Lexington, KY and K. Hawkins of Winchester, KY; two nieces, Atlanta Harrison of Lexington, KY and Katherine Hawkins of Winchester, KY and ten grandchildren.
