Wanda Kay Edsell

June 22, 1954 - March 24, 2022

Wanda Kay Edsell, 67, of Decherd, TN, passed away Thursday March 24, 2022. Memorial services will be held Sunday, April 10, 2022, 2:00 pm at the Seventh Day Adventist Church, 200 S Diagonal St. Decherd, TN. Pastor Quentin Horton to officiate. Wanda was preceded in death by her mother and father, Joyce and Jim Tackett, brother, Jon “Ricky” Tackett and niece, Brandy Tackett. She is survived by her husband Ron Edsell, of 30 years, brother Jim Tackett, sisters Debbie Ragsdale (Jubal) and Judy Schvaneveldt. Six grandchildren, three nieces and seven nephews. Many great nieces, nephews and close friends. Wanda loved to sew and quilt, mostly for others. Her favorite times were spent playing with the little ones. She enjoyed her years on the road with her husband while he drove across the country. She was a beloved wife, daughter, sister, grandmother and aunt who will be missed by all who knew her.
