Frances E. Howard

April 1, 1936 - December 8, 2021

Frances E. Howard, age 85, of Tullahoma went to be with her heavenly father Wednesday, December 8, 2021. She was born April 1, 1936 in Madison, Alabama to the late Steve and Mary Cook. Frances is also preceded in death by her brothers, Willard “Boogie” Cook and Milton “Billy” Cook; and sister, Geraldine Walden. The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. Saturday, December 11th at Daves-Culbertson Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held in the chapel at 1 p.m. with Brother Bobby Watkins officiating. Interment will follow at Malpewood Cemetery. Frances was a member of Christian Lighthouse Church of Tullahoma. She loved her children with all her heart and enjoyed dancing, canning, cooking and playing Rook. Her dog, Lady, also held a special place in her heart. Frances is survived by her children, Bobby Good, Beverly Duke, Cindy Biggs (David), Joe Bunn (Janice Moore), Vivian Zimmerman (Randall) and J.L. “Tooter” Bunn Jr. (Angela); brothers, George Cook (Mary) and Steve Cook Jr.; sisters, Annette Holt and Mattie Witherbee; grandchildren, Robert Good, Christina Taylor, Jamie Lewis, John Lewis, Christopher Lamb, Chase Lamb, Joe Bunn Jr., Chelsea Clark, Rhonda Zimmerman, Randy Zimmerman Jr., Josh Bunn, Haley Bunn, Seth Elsbree and Nicole Lowe; great-grandchildren, Coco Lewis, Anna Rene Lewis, “Queen” Hannah Lamb, McKenzie Bunn, Trey Bunn, D.J.
